Job summary

Workfast is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Melbourne team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to go full-time in early 2027.

You will onboard workers to Workfast’s recruitment system, drop PPE at sites, screen resumes and qualifications, interview candidates, perform reference checks, arrange medicals and inductions, and ensure compliance before site attendance across major civil and infrastructure projects in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in labour hire administration or onboarding.
• Experience onboarding candidates to sites.
• Experience with site drop-ins on civil/infrastructure sites.
• Proven track record with managing multiple roles and candidates.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Team player; proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Workfast is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Melbourne team.This is a casual position with the opportunity to go full-time in early 2027.

$45 to $50 per hour + super (based on experience)

Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced within the labour hire and blue collar recruitment sector working across industries such as civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing.

Workfast provide recruitment solutions to some of the biggest Tier 1 construction, civil, rail, mining and infrastructure projects across Australia. As an innovative labour hire company we pride ourselves on the quality of the workers we send out and the efficiency in which we do this.

About you

At least 1 years experience in a labour hire administration or onboarding position

Experience with onboarding candidates to sites

Comfortable doing site drop ins on major civil and infrastructure sites

Proven track record with managing multiple roles and candidates

Excellent administration and organisational skills

Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success

Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

What you'll get
