Job summary

Workfast is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our Sydney team. You will recruit for blue-collar roles across civil, construction, rail, mining and manufacturing, managing multiple clients with a proactive, fast-paced approach.

The role offers a base salary of $85k–$90k with uncapped commissions (OTE $150k+), plus a $15k car allowance. Office in Botany with parking; Monday to Friday, on-site role; travel to sites required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in blue-collar recruitment.
• 1 year labour hire recruitment ideal.
• Proven account management across multiple clients.
• Proven track record recruiting for multiple roles.
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek Talent and social media.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Willing team player who can drive growth.
• Full licence and own vehicle to travel to sites.

Workfast is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.

$85k to $90k salary (based on experience)

Uncapped commissions! OTE $150k+

Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced in blue collar recruitment for industries such as civil, construction, rail, mining, waste management or manufacturing.

About you

At least 1 years experience in a recruitment position for Blue Collar roles

1 years labour hire recruitment experience would be ideal

Proven experience of account managing multiple clients.

Proven track record with recruiting for multiple roles

High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek talent and social media

Excellent administration and organisational skills

Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success

Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to site
