Job summary

Workfast is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Melbourne team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to go full-time in early 2027.

You will onboard workers to Workfast’s recruitment system, drop PPE at sites, screen resumes and qualifications, interview candidates, perform reference checks, arrange medicals and inductions, and ensure compliance before site attendance across major civil and infrastructure projects in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in labour hire administration or onboarding.
• Experience onboarding candidates to sites.
• Experience with site drop-ins on civil/infrastructure sites.
• Proven track record with managing multiple roles and candidates.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Team player; proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard workers to Workfast recruitment system.
• Drop off PPE to sites.
• Screen resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions.
• Ensuring workers are compliant before going to site; onboarding, medicals, inductions etc.
• Maintain a database of candidates.
