Job summary

Workfast is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. This on-site role offers a base salary of $95k–$105k per year, with uncapped commissions and a $15k car allowance.

The successful candidate will recruit blue collar roles across civil, construction, rail, mining, and manufacturing sectors and manage multiple client accounts. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in blue collar recruitment and proven ability to win and grow key national clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a recruitment position for Blue Collar roles.
• 3 years labour hire recruitment experience would be ideal.
• Proven experience of account managing multiple clients.
• Proven track record with recruiting for multiple roles.
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek talent and social media.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success.
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to site.

Workfast is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.

$95k to $105k salary (based on experience)

Uncapped commissions! OTE $150k+

$15k car allowance paid monthly (depending on site visits)

Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced in blue collar recruitment for industries such as civil, construction, rail, mining, waste management or manufacturing.

About you
