Supporting operations across multiple remote sites, you''ll attract, engage and secure quality candidates for FIFO positions, from advertising through to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience while delivering quality outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or high-volume talent acquisition.
• Experience within FIFO, mining, facilities management, construction or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience conducting phone screens and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates by phone and build genuine rapport.
• Review and shortlist high volumes of applications.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews (face to face and Microsoft Teams).
• Manage multiple vacancies across FIFO and corporate roles.
• Partner with Operations and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Prioritise recruitment activity based on business needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
