Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow the Corporate & Professional Services recruitment portfolio in Western Australia. The role offers a hybrid work model, a prime Perth CBD location, and long-term career growth within a global HR leader.

You will report to the National GM - Professional Services and manage a team of recruiters while handling your own specialist portfolio, focusing on white-collar disciplines and executive search.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to lead and grow our Corporate & Professional Services business in Western Australia.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the National GM - Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters while managing your own specialist recruitment portfolio across white-collar disciplines that may include Accounting & Finance, Engineering & Technical, Business Support, and Executive Search
