Randstad HR Partners is seeking a Principal Recruitment Specialist to lead a high-value HR recruitment desk in Australia. You will own the patch from the ground up, supported by clear career progression and a focus on senior HR appointments.

You will build relationships with HR leaders, promote flexible recruitment solutions, and report to the National Head and GM. A results-driven, organised, and client-focused approach will be essential.

Competenze

• As a Principal Recruitment Specialist, you will bring with you
• At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialised Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialized HR recruitment.
• Experience in building or managing a desk focused on high level senior roles.
• We are also happy to speak with Recruitment Consultants from other specialisations such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, or Business Support.

As a Principal Recruitment Specialist at HR Partners, you would have the opportunity to build a high value Senior HR desk.

We seek a driving force who will enjoy taking this line of business out to a wider market, the focus will be on promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries.

Strategy, planning and execution of the plan to build a high value HR Recruitment desk focussed explicitly on senior appointments.

The role reports to the National Head and GM of the specialism and will play a key role in building out this capability.

Be a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject matter expert.

Be organised and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives.

As a Principal Recruitment Specialist, you will bring with you

At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialised Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialized HR recruitment.
