Job summary

EPG Payroll & HR Australia is seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant to manage the 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish in Sydney. The role requires hands-on delivery from sourcing to onboarding and client liaison.

You will handle applications, verification, references, interviews, and induction, while building new client relationships and supporting the MD and branches. A bachelor degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant.
• Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Work as a 360-recruitment consultant, responsible for the full recruitment cycle.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Recruitment Consultant. The role will be responsible for 360 recruitment process from start to finish. The daily duties and responsibilities include:

• Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
• Preparing and processing applications, verification of details, reference checking and managing client interviewing process.
• Appraisal of suitability for current live positions.
• Account managing and developing new client relationship.
• Managing induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on the condition of service, pay rates, and interpreting relevant Fair

Work legislations awards for work conditions and salaries

• Updating the employers and jobseekers on job vacancies
• Supporting the managing director and branches with any ad hoc duties where appropriate.

Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 - 110,000
