Job summary

EPG Payroll & HR Australia is seeking a full-time Recruitment Consultant to manage the 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish in Sydney. The role requires hands-on delivery from sourcing to onboarding and client liaison.

You will handle applications, verification, references, interviews, and induction, while building new client relationships and supporting the MD and branches. A bachelor degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant.
• Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Work as a 360-recruitment consultant, responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
• Prepare and process applications, verify details, reference checks and manage client interviewing process.
• Appraise suitability for current live positions.
• Account manage and develop new client relationships.
• Manage induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on service conditions, pay rates, and interpreting relevant legislation.
