You will be responsible for building strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure a suitable workforce. The role involves various administrative duties including data preparation, client meetings, and managing productivity.

• Complete return to work processes.
• Manage productivity levels.
• Liaise with Training department for training and inductions.
• Prepare MI and KPI reports by collating data.
• Add workers to internal databases and systems.
• Handle general administrative tasks.
• Attend client meetings.

This is an excellent opportunity to be working as a Recruitment Co-ordinator for an award winning and successful recruitment team. Our client is a leading privately owned recruitment company with a huge turnover. They provide temporary staff from many of the best known names industrial organisations within a variety of different industries.

My Client has recently been awarded this contract, and you will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting for an electronics and distribution facility, providing warehousing operatives. You will build and maintain a very strong client relationship to ensure that you fully understand the client's needs, and ensure that you have a suitable and quality workforce to meet the clients demands.
