Workforce International is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Newcastle team. The role involves screening resumes and candidates, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, performing reference checks, and mobilising candidates to meet client needs.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Knowledge of blue-collar sectors and relevant licenses is desirable.

• Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team or autonomously.
• A high level of initiative and a keenness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be a very confident communicator.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills including good telephone skills.
• A good understanding of blue collar tickets and licenses and the requirements of the warehouse, manufacturing & civil construction sector would be desirable.

Applicants must demonstrate:

This position is for an asap start in our Newcastle office.
