Labourforce in Melbourne is seeking an energetic recruitment professional to join our nationwide team. You will build relationships with existing and prospective clients, manage accounts, and oversee casual placements while driving top-tier service.

You will source, recruit, and manage an external workforce, maintain a diverse candidate database, and handle a mix of temporary and permanent roles, all while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
