Evolve Org in Geelong, Australia seeks a Recruitment Assistant to support growth by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate relationships. You will work closely with the Director and team, gaining exposure to recruitment processes, social media engagement, and day-to-day operations.

What will your role involve?

As our Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our business, working closely with the Director to recruit new team members, manage candidate relationships and assist with the day-to-day operations of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate sourcing through SEEK, social media and existing databases
• Shortlisting resumes and conducting phone screenings
• Coordinating, hosting and assisting with interviews
• Tracking recruitment activity, KPIs and candidate progressionWorking alongside our sales team to gain firsthand experience in the role you’ll be recruiting for, while developing your own skills
• Assist with company social media content, undertaking project-based tasks and ad hoc admin tasks as required

Please note: This role is largely phone-based so confidence in speaking with people throughout the day is essential.

Previous recruitment experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
