Job summary

Würth Industry in Dandenong South is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our head office on a full-time basis. You will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for our on-road sales force.

Working within a small team, you will manage a large number of candidates weekly, liaising with managers to gather job requirements, screening applications, and conducting interviews as required to deliver top talent to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating end-end recruitment activities for sales-focused roles
• Liaising with managers to gather all job requirements for vacant positions
• Reviewing, screening applications, and providing shortlisted candidates to line managers
• Conducting phone, virtual and face to face interviews as required
• Managing multiple requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience
• Provide recruitment advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to recruitment projects, process improvements, and talent initiatives, while applying innovative sourcing strategies and creative approaches to attract top talent in a competitive market
• Completing ad-hoc recruitment related administrative tasks as required

As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced, self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and friendly individual with a genuine passion for recruitment to join our team based at our head office in Dandenong South.

This is an exciting fulltime role for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a large number of candidates each week. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business units, with a strong focus on recruiting for our on‑road sales force.
