Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
• Background in hospitality, retail or customer service is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via SEEK, social media and databases.
• Shortlist resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Coordinate, host and assist with interviews.
• Track recruitment activity, KPIs and candidate progression.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gain understanding of the role.
