Asset Power Solutions Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our growth in South East Queensland.

This hands-on role covers end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational and support positions, partnering with hiring managers and our office team to ensure timely resourcing and a strong candidate experience. The contract is fixed-term for six months, with potential for extension based on business requirements.

Qualificações

• Proven recruitment experience (agency or internal).
• Experience recruiting trades, technicians or operational roles (highly desirable).
• Experience within electrical industry is a strong advantage.
• Able to be a genuine team player with open communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring manager briefs, job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment with workforce planning and operational requirements.
• Publish job advertisements across platforms such as Seek and LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical capability and fit.
• Proactively source and attract talent via LinkedIn, networking and targeted headhunting.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and candidate records for rapid action.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to offer.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support our workforce expansion and help attract top industry talent.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension based on business requirements.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational and support positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and our office team to make sure resourcing supports current and future business needs, while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and take part in full end-to-end recruitment processes, including hiring manager briefs, job advertisements, shortlisting, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment outcomes align with workforce planning and operational requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the HR, administration and operations teams, sharing information and supporting colleagues so new starters have a smooth transition into the business.
• Create and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms, including Seek and LinkedIn.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews and assessments to evaluate technical capability, experience and team fit.
• Proactively source and attract talent through LinkedIn searches, networking and targeted headhunting strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, building a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and recruitment database, so we're ready to move quickly when new projects or resourcing needs come up.
• Keep candidate records, notes and progress current in our systems, giving the team clear visibility and making it easy to act fast on new opportunities.
• Deliver an industry-leading, positive candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer stage.
