The Grace Group is seeking a casual Sentencing/Cataloguing Officer within its Information Management division. You will deliver a record appraisal and disposal program, analyse information management practices, and provide expert governance input.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with TRIM and Microsoft 365, and a tertiary qualification in Information/Records management. A supportive team culture and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering an effective record appraisal and disposal program.
• Excellent communicator with ability to develop guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of TRIM and Microsoft 365 desirable.
• Degree or diploma in Information/Records management or related discipline desirable.
