Job summary

The Grace Group is seeking a casual Sentencing/Cataloguing Officer within its Information Management division. You will deliver a record appraisal and disposal program, analyse information management practices, and provide expert governance input.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with TRIM and Microsoft 365, and a tertiary qualification in Information/Records management. A supportive team culture and development opportunities are offered.

• Strong knowledge of TRIM and Microsoft 365 desirable.
• Degree or diploma in Information/Records management or related discipline desirable.

About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering an effective record appraisal and disposal program and undertaking analysis and assessment of information management practices to provide expert advice on best practice information management.

This role will also be actively contributing to the daily operations of Information Management as well as providing specialist input to information management governance initiatives.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering an effective record appraisal and disposal program
• Excellent communicator with experience in developing communication plans, presentations, user guidelines, policies and procedures
• Skilled and experienced in providing succinct, accurate advice relating to best practice information managementHighly experienced in the use of TRIM (Records Manager/Content Manager) and Microsoft 365 (Not essential but desired)
