Windsor RSL Club is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome members and guests, handle enquiries, memberships and sign-ins, and promote club facilities during busy evenings and weekends.
You will be the friendly face at the heart of the club, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience while maintaining accurate records and assisting with events and promotions.
As the welcoming face to our members and guests, you’ll play an important part in making everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome at Windsor RSL Club.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in great customer service and understands that sometimes it’s the little things — remembering a name, having a chat or simply greeting someone with a smile — that make our members feel at home.
As a busy hospitality venue, this role includes evening and weekend shifts, and we’re looking for someone with strong availability throughout the Christmas and New Year period, including weekends and public holidays.
Be a warm and welcoming first point of contact for our members, guests and visitors

Assist with membership applications, renewals and general membership enquiries
Welcome and sign in guests in accordance with Club requirements
Get to know our members and help create the friendly, community feel we’re proud of
Confidently promote Club facilities, events, promotions and services
Maintain accurate member records, process payments and complete daily reception administration and reporting
Assist with event enquiries and bookings
Support Club communications and promotions
Keep Reception looking clean, organised and welcoming
Work closely with the wider Club team to make sure our members and guests have a great experience
