Jones Radiology's Kurralta Park clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face for patients in our oncology radiology service at the Tennyson Centre. You will greet patients on arrival, manage bookings and patient administration, and support smooth clinic operations.

Join our Kurralta Park clinic as a Medical Receptionist and be the welcoming face for patients in our specialist oncology radiology service, located within the Tennyson Centre. About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role.

This is a part time role working Wednesday - Friday. You will also have opportunities to support other clinics in the region, including Adelaide Women's Imaging, SAHMRI, and Calvary Adelaide, once fully trained.

About You

• Available to work Wednesday to Friday, rotating shifts between 6:45am - 6:30pm.
• Friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about patient care.
• Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
• A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
• Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
• Resilient and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
