Job summary

First National Bathurst is seeking a full-time Receptionist and Property Officer to join our busy office in Bathurst. You will be the public face and voice, handling reception duties while supporting Property Managers with admin tasks and on-site inspections at rental properties.

We offer a structured training program, support to obtain the NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration, and you will have access to one of our cars for property visits.

Qualifications

• Completion of NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Experience in receptionist or administration roles with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; keen to learn property management.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors at the reception.
• Provide administrative support to Property Managers and assist with on-site inspections.
• Coordinate scheduling, and maintain records for properties and tenants.
• Access to company car for property visits and site appointments.
