First National Neptune - Bella Vista is seeking a dedicated Property Officer to join our tech-enabled team. You will work with Property Managers, gaining hands-on experience in leasing and property management using modern digital systems and practical training.

Responsibilities include open homes, tenancy applications, liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, and conducting inspections. A NSW licence, strong communication, and reliable transport are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management and organisation with attention to detail.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems.
• Proactive approach and commitment to great customer service.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and conduct open homes and respond to tenant enquiries.
• Process tenancy applications and prepare lease documents.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Schedule and conduct inspections (ingoing, routine, outgoing).
• Prepare inspection reports and follow up on actions.
• Support Property Managers with daily administration.
