EMF Fitness Centre Erina Fair is seeking energetic, customer-focused casual receptionists and member services team members. You will be the welcoming first contact, support membership sales and member engagement, and help with daily club operations.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, with a passion for health and fitness, able to promote memberships and maintain high service standards. Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, fitness industry experience valued.
• Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain within two weeks.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain before duties start.
• Genuine interest in health and fitness industry.
• Ability to work flexible casual shifts in line with business needs.

We are currently seeking energetic, outgoing and customer-focused Casual Receptionists & Member Services Team Members to join our Erina Fair team.

As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive and professional environment while supporting membership sales, member engagement and daily club operations.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in customer service, reception or a sales-focused role

• An outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine love for people

• Confidence in promoting memberships, engaging with prospective members and achieving sales KPIs

• A strong ability to follow company systems, procedures and operational standards

• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities

• Confidence in handling member enquiries, resolving concerns and delivering exceptional service

• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in maintaining club presentation and cleanliness

• A genuine passion for health, fitness and creating a positive member experience

• Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (fitness industry experience highly regarded)

• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within the first two weeks of employment

• Current NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencing child-related duties

• A genuine interest in the health and fitness industry

• Ability to work flexible casual shifts in line with business requirements
