Job summary

EMF Fitness Centre Erina Fair is seeking energetic, customer-focused casual receptionists and member services team members. You will be the welcoming first contact, support membership sales and member engagement, and help with daily club operations.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, with a passion for health and fitness, able to promote memberships and maintain high service standards. Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role, fitness industry experience valued.
• Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain within two weeks.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain before duties start.
• Genuine interest in health and fitness industry.
• Ability to work flexible casual shifts in line with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming, positive, and professional environment.
• Support membership sales, member engagement and daily club operations.
• Promote memberships and assist with enquiries and onboarding.
• Maintain club presentation, cleanliness and high service standards.
