Qscan Group's Envision Wembley site seeks a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries, while managing payments and billing.

This full-time role requires organised, detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service. You will work across multiple systems, support back-office tasks, and contribute to a friendly, patient-centered environment with opportunities for professional

Formación

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.

As a Receptionist, You Will
