Qscan Group is seeking a motivated Casual Receptionist to support clinics across the Brisbane North and Maroochydore region. You will deliver friendly patient-centered service at multiple sites and coordinate with clinical and admin teams.

The role offers ad hoc hours with opportunities to gain experience across the network, full training on clinic systems, and the chance to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service is highly regarded.
• Experience with medical software or patient management systems is advantageous.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle due to multi-site coverage.

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated and flexible Casual Receptionist to support our clinics across the Brisbane North and Maroochydore region on an ad hoc basis, with full-time hours available regularly. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys variety in their work environment and is looking to gain experience across multiple sites within the Qscan network.

Brisbane North and Maroochydore Region

In this role, you will provide reception and administrative support across clinics within the Brisbane North and Maroochydore region as required. Shifts will be offered to cover a variety of leave types including annual leave, personal leave, and parental leave, making flexibility and reliability essential.

The successful candidate who has broad availability and is able to travel between the listed clinics (and hubs) will have access to increased hours and additional opportunities.

The clinic locations are:

• Hub 1: Maroochydore, Redcliffe, North Lakes & Strathpine
• Hub 2: Aspley, Everton Park, North West Private Hospital & Windsor
• Hub 3: Clayfield, Newstead, Red Hill & Toowong

Our clinics are well-established and supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams, offering a collaborative and welcoming environment. You will work with modern systems and technology, with full training provided to ensure you feel confident across all sites.

About You

You are a professional, adaptable, and patient-focused individual who enjoys working in dynamic healthcare environments and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Reliability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, often at short notice
• Flexibility to travel between clinics within the Brisbane North Hub

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in a medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service role (highly regarded)
• Experience with medical software or patient management systems (advantageous)
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential due to multi-site coverage)
