Job summary

Qscan Group in Chatswood is seeking two Medical Receptionists to join our Chatswood clinic on a full-time or part-time basis. You will greet patients, register them for appointments, manage bookings, and handle a range of inquiries both in person and online.

This role is Monday to Friday with 7.6-hour shifts, with occasional work across Ryde and Westmead clinics. We value excellent customer service, organisation and the ability to multitask while delivering a friendly patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and bookings efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting and registering them.

About The Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking two dedicated Receptionist's to join our Chatswood team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. This position will see you working with patients visiting our clinic, including greeting, registering them for appointments and managing a range of services queries over the phone and online.

This role is a Monday to Friday position working a 7.6-hour shift. You may occasionally need to work across our Ryde and Westmead clinics.

As a Medical Receptionist, You Will

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
