Qscan Group is seeking two receptionists to join our Chatswood team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will greet patients, register appointments, answer queries, and support billing and bookings across clinic locations.

Ideal candidates are organised, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering compassionate patient care in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Familiarity with databases and various systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations and bookings.
• Manage payments, receipts, and invoicing.
• Operate the booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities and reporting as directed by management.

About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking two dedicatedReceptionist'sto join ourChatswoodteam on a Full-Time or Part-Timebasis. This position will see you working with patients visiting our clinic, including greeting, registering them for appointments and managing a range of services queries over the phone and online.

This role is a Monday to Friday position working a 7.6-hour shift. You may occasionally need to work across our Ryde and Westmead clinics.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You
