Job summary

Yarra Trail Medical is seeking a friendly reception team member to welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel safe, cared for and respected. You will assist GPs, specialists and allied health staff to provide a premium healthcare experience while managing bookings, payments and calls.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, experienced with taking payments, and a proactive team player who presents professionally and helps exceed patient expectations in a calm clinic environment.
