Job summary

Kinetic in Townsville invites applications for an Operations Controller to support live transport operations. You’ll coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and help maintain reliable services.

Two positions are available: 1 x Permanent Part-Time on a 7‑day roster in Garbutt, and 1 x Full-Time on a 7‑day roster in Garbutt. We welcome candidates from transport, logistics, emergency services, or related fast-paced backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or network operations is essential.
• Ability to coordinate transport movements and respond to incidents.
• Strong communication and real-time decision making.
• Proven capacity to adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live transport network performance and ensure on-time service.
• Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents.
