Job summary

Kinetic on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Network Controller to support live transport operations. You will coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and help maintain reliable services.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring transport networks; strong attention to detail preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and communication tools.
• MR or equivalent driver’s licence preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs to ensure on-time and reliable service.
• Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
• Record and escalate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities, when required.
• Current roster is a 4-on/4-off pattern, including some weekend shifts.
