The Operations Controller plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of Kinetic's bus services. This position is responsible for real-time management and support of frontline driving staff, responding to both normal and emergency situations. The Operations Controller diligently logs and analyzes data related to service exceptions and occurrences, all while maintaining a strong commitment to meeting client requirements for scheduled and ad-hoc bus services through accurate and compliant scheduling of services and fleet resources
