Job summary

Kinetic Group is seeking a proactive Network Controller for live transport operations on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and help maintain reliable services.

The role requires staying calm under pressure, clear communication, and sound real-time decisions. Night shifts are part of a 4-on/4-off pattern, with opportunities for extra shifts and overtime, in a dynamic transport environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor live transport networks with a focus on on-time performance.
• Strong situational awareness and rapid decision-making under pressure.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate with drivers, depots and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs to ensure reliability.
• Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
• Collaborate with depots to adjust operations during disruptions.
• Record and elevate incidents with accurate documentation in the system.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services, when required.
• Roster is 4-on/4-off with weekend rotations.
