Domain is seeking a customer support specialist in Sydney to act as a trusted partner for Real Estate agents using our Matterport platform. You will handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, helping clients get the most from our industry-leading solutions and building strong relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams, turning client feedback into process and product improvements while growing your expertise in the Australian Real Estate and Developer space.

• Previous experience in fast-paced customer service roles.
