You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding agents to maximize the value of our 3D digital models and SaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted partner for Real Estate agents, helping them solve problems and maximize use of our solutions.
• Manage inbound inquiries across phone, live chat, and email.
• Turn client feedback into improvements that shape product and process.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to win as a team.
• Develop domain expertise in Australian Real Estate and PropTech spaces.
