Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a customer and booking support specialist to assist Real Estate clients with our Matterport product integration. You’ll manage inquiries across phone, live chat and email, helping clients unlock the full potential of our platforms.

You’ll be part of the CX team, collaborating with Sales and Implementation to drive customer love and loyalty while growing domain expertise in Australian Real Estate and PropTech spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fast-paced customer service.
• Excellent communication and a positive approach.
• Resilient, empathetic and capable of handling confidential information.
• Curious with new technology and able to learn quickly.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner for Real Estate agents and customers.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat and email.
• Help customers maximise value from our platforms.
• Translate client feedback into process or product improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to win as a team.
• Develop expertise in Australian Real Estate and PropTech domains.
