Domain Group in Sydney is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for Matterport to help real estate clients leverage our immersive 3D models and spatial data platform.

You will manage inbound inquiries across phone, live chat, and email, provide confident guidance, and become a trusted voice for our brand.

As part of a close-knit CX team, you’ll collect client feedback, support product adoption, and collaborate with Sales and Implementation to win as one team.
