• Be the go-to technical wizard and account champion for Real Estate agents.
• Manage inbound enquiries across phone, live chat, and email.
• Empower clients to unlock the full potential of our platforms.
• Turn client feedback into smart process and product improvements.
• Lend expertise to support Sales and Implementation teams.
• Develop expertise in the Australian Real Estate and PropTech space.
