Job summary

PropertyMe, Australia’s leading cloud-based property management platform, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Sydney. You will act as the first point of contact for inbound support across phone, email and chat, offering timely responses and expert guidance to real estate professionals.

You’ll triage requests, reference the knowledge base, and craft clear, professional communications while maintaining detailed notes in Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, Real Estate or Trust Accounting.
• Experience providing phone and email support in a high-volume, demanding centre.
• Experience identifying upsell opportunities and recognizing churn signals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills with active listening.
• Customer-centric mindset; use information to suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for inbound support enquiries (phone, email & chat).
• Respond to questions drawing on the PropertyMe knowledge base.
• Triage requests and apply the most appropriate course of action.
• Provide well composed, spelling & grammatically correct email and chat responses.
• Keep comprehensive notes of all conversations in Zendesk.
• Support and embrace new customer service initiatives as required.
• Contribute to knowledge base and create help videos.
