Job summary

PBE Real Estate Venus Bay is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team on the South Gippsland coast. You will prospect clients, list properties, gather market insights and conduct inspections, while building a leadership path within the agency.

Ideal candidates hold a Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate, have a valid driver's license, and excel in communication and negotiation. Relocation incentives are available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Real estate license or Agents Representative certificate is required or preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales and exceptional customer service is desirable.
• CRM knowledge and data entry experience are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients and listings in Venus Bay and surrounding areas.
• List properties for sale and gather market intelligence.
• Handle buyer inquiries and conduct private inspections/open for inspections.
• Manage databases and follow up with prospects to generate opportunities.

The role: Venus Bay and surrounding areas

You will work as part of our team with constant sales and listing support behind you. Your day to day will include:

• Client prospecting
• Listing properties for sale
• Gathering market intelligence
• Handling prospective buyer enquiries
• Pre settlement inspections
• Market appraisals
• Pre and post appraisal follow up
• Networking for business opportunities
• Conducting private inspections and open for inspections
• Database management

What you bring

• Hold a current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate
• Have a valid driver's license and a presentable vehicle
• Can describe, explain and market a property with confidence and a strong vocabulary

Office hours

Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm Sunday 10am to 4pm Public holidays 10am to 4pm
