Recruit & Consult is seeking a proactive sales support assistant in NSW to manage administration from appraisal through to settlement for a leading real estate team. You will coordinate marketing, photoshoots, contracts and client communications to keep campaigns on track.

Ideal candidates have real estate sales support experience, a current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver’s licence, and strong organisational and communication skills with comfort using technology.

• Experience in real estate with sales support.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and compliance.
• Tech savvy with the ability to make swift decisions.
• A current Certificate of Registration.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
• Demonstrate initiative, organisation and polished communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare appraisal documents and agency agreements.
• Coordinate marketing, styling and property photoshoots.
• Attend photoshoots and capture social content.
• Manage contracts from exchange through to settlement.
• Liaise with vendors throughout the sales process.
• Maintain sales compliance and AML requirements.
• Coordinate open homes and campaign timelines.
