Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property marketing campaigns, including photography, floor plans, copy and online listings.
• Manage listings across portals, social media and the agency website.
• Prepare marketing materials, signboards, brochures and campaign reports.
• Provide administrative support across sales, property management and the wider team.
• Maintain the CRM, databases and office systems.
• Assist with residential, commercial and project marketing as the business grows.
