Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate industry preferred.
• Current Industry standard certifications.
• A NSW Drivers license and reliable car.
• Organised, reliable and be willing to perform a diverse range of tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Immaculate corporate presentation.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-active across tasks.
• Great attention to detail is essential along with integrity and trustworthiness.
• Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Managing the marketing campaigns to ensure that the sales administration is completed accurately and is compliant.
• Coordination of photoshoots, stylists, minor renovations, and open homes.
• Acting point of contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
• Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service.
• Agent & Property marketing
• Managing team diaries & work flow
