Belle Property Snowy Mountains is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our high-performing team based in Cooma and Berridale. This full-time position offers opportunities to grow within a leading regional agency.

In this role you will undertake sales tasks including prospecting, listings, appraisals, open for inspections and auctions, while supporting vendors and purchasers through the sales to settlement process. Local market knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake sales tasks including prospecting, listings, appraisals, open for inspections and auctions.
• Generation of Sales leads optimising internal resources including database and other channels as defined.
• Support Vendors and Purchasers to assist in the Sales to Settlement process.
• Support sales team with the company database, ensuring data integrity and communication trails.
• Organise and conduct open for inspections and private inspections.
• Provide guidance to sellers and buyers on marketing and pricing.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
• Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators.

Belle Property Snowy Mountains is the leading real estate agency in the Snowy Mountains region, with the largest market share and offices located in Thredbo, Jindabyne, Berridale and Cooma. Our team are specialists in buying and selling real estate, while also managing an extensive portfolio of permanent rentals and holiday accommodation.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our high performing sales team as a Sales Agent. This is a full-time position based in our Cooma and Berridale offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of propertiesincluding:prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings, open for inspections and auctions
• Generation of Sales leads optimising internal resources including database and other channels as defined
• Support Vendors and Purchasers to assist in the Sales to Settlement process
• Support sales team with the company database, ensuring integrity of data, communication trails for agents and executing outgoing communication including email and SMS
• Complete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listingopportunities
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Prepare necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts,comparablesetc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation
• Organise and conduct open for inspections and private inspections
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• RepresentBelle PropertySnowy Mountains atlocal community functions andnetworking events
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators

Key Requirements

• Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
