Haven Property is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support a residential sales agent on the Sunshine Coast. The role covers listing coordination, marketing, client care and sales documentation, with a focus on accuracy and proactive service.

You will manage CRMs, vendor relations and advertising across portals, ensuring timely reporting and compliant documentation. Monday to Friday, full-time, on-site in Coolum Beach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in real estate sales administration is essential.
• Knowledge of Queensland residential sales processes and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and client-service oriented.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate new property listings, photography, floor plans and campaigns.
• Prepare Form 6 appointments, contracts and sales documents.
• Manage property advertising across major portals.
• Prepare weekly vendor reports and campaign updates.
• Maintain CRM records and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, solicitors, photographers and suppliers.
• Monitor contract conditions, key dates and milestones.
• Organise settlement gifts and client appreciation initiatives.
• Coordinate post-settlement anniversary communications and campaigns.
• Provide proactive day-to-day sales administration support.
