Job summary

Carel Global Partners on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive person to support a sales team working on a high-rise development. The role is mainly based at the sales gallery and focuses on administration, customer service and keeping the team prepared for buyer appointments and sales conversations.

You will report to the Sales Manager and have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is valuable for interacting with buyers.
• No real estate registration or licence is required to join.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to processes.
• Comfortable speaking with people and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Open the sales gallery and make sure it is tidy, stocked and ready for visitors.
• Organise appointments, prepare the daily schedule and print the information the team needs.
• Answer calls, monitor emails and prepare responses.
• Contact new enquiries and follow up with people already in the database.
• Make outbound calls, including cold calls to potential buyers and external agents.
• Keep buyer notes, appointment outcomes and follow up tasks updated in HubSpot.
• Update property listings, advertising and sales material.
• Help existing purchasers with questions and keep them informed.
• Attend some appointments and inspections to support the team and learn.

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to support a sales team working on a high-rise development on the Gold Coast.

This is a newly created role, based mainly at the sales gallery. Your focus will be on administration, customer service and keeping the team prepared, so they can concentrate on buyer appointments and sales conversations.

You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the agents and wider team. There is plenty to learn, and the role would suit someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work and wants to develop their skills.

What your day will look like

• Open the sales gallery and make sure it is tidy, stocked and ready for visitors.

You may come from real estate, administration, reception, hospitality or retail. Strong customer service experience is valuable, and you do not need a real estate registration or licence to join.

Support and development

You will work with an experienced Sales Manager who values initiative, ownership and good service. Systems, scripts and templates are in place to help you learn. For the right person, there is potential to move into sales responsibilities over time. This will depend on how you perform and develop, with no set timeframe. Support to obtain the appropriate real estate registration will be available as needed. The role offers a salary, with no commission or incentive arrangement at commencement.
