Job summary

Property Network of Australia on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Administration & Marketing Coordinator to support a retail asset management operation. You will handle broad administrative tasks and assist with marketing campaigns, promotions and events to enhance property performance and customer engagement.

The role focuses on accounts support, tenancy information, lease administration and acting as a central contact for retailers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or coordination within retail property or commercial real estate is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and team.
• Assist with property accounts, tenant billings, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Maintain tenancy information, lease administration, and property records.
• Act as a key contact for retailers and stakeholders, managing enquiries.
• Coordinate centre marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Manage marketing collateral, communications, and campaign reporting.
