Job summary

Sunstate Conveyancing seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager/Account Manager to grow our Seller Disclosure Statement business across Queensland. You will visit real estate agencies, host information sessions, and present to teams, building lasting relationships with agents and referral partners.

You’ll drive new orders, educate agents on disclosure requirements, and collaborate with our conveyancing and disclosure teams to deliver a seamless client experience while hitting growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in conveyancing, real estate, property services or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable cold-calling and meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, agencies and referral partners.
• Drive new Seller Disclosure Statement orders and conveyancing referrals.
• Proactively contact potential partners and follow up opportunities.
• Visit agencies, attend meetings and create new business opportunities.
• Deliver engaging presentations and educational sessions to real estate teams.
• Collaborate with conveyancing and disclosure teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
