Private Advertiser in Sydney seeks a polished Business Manager to be the operational backbone of a high-performing real estate sales team, working with a senior agent, sales associates, and offshore support to ensure peak performance every day.

You'll drive the administrative and operational excellence that underpins every campaign, manage the moving parts across a busy team, and ensure that nothing — ever — falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level real estate experience as EA/Business Manager or Sales Support.
• Experience coordinating a team, including remote or offshore staff.
• Ability to anticipate needs and act as a trusted right-hand to leadership.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and compliance.
• Highly polished, proactive, and discreet professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a high-performing team including agents and offshore staff.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns end-to-end: styling, photography, floorplans, bookings, digital launches.
• Manage contracts, compliance, and documentation with accuracy and urgency.
• Serve as a trusted contact for vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers.
• Handle client communications with discretion and professionalism.
• Support the team with day-to-day administration, campaign milestones, and client touchpoints.
• Liaise with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure a seamless, well-managed client experience.
