Job summary

Professionals The Wright Team in Australia seeks an experienced Operations Manager to support a high-performing residential sales team. You will oversee business operations, marketing, sales administration and client experience, reporting to the lead agent and driving efficiency and service quality.

You will coordinate day-to-day workflows, manage property campaigns, oversee CRM processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, real estate, sales, administration, marketing or related field.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong CRM and technology skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional manner.
• Real estate experience welcomed but not required if you have related ops/coordination experience.
